We would like to inform you of an important development concerning GoMo’s billing model to improve your experience. This will make it easier to understand your invoices, and it allows for an extension of the payment period.
Until now, the billing cycle ran from the 10th of the month to the 9th of the following month. As of 1 July, we are moving to a calendar period, from the 1st to the last day of the month; so, we will be issuing your GoMo invoices at the beginning of the month.
Hence, the July invoice will serve as a transition invoice between our old and new billing model. The amount of this transition invoice will therefore be lower, including:
